How The Coaching Process Works
Filling out the application, Initial assessment and interview. Together, we will identify where you are at and your health and wellness goals.
We will establish a Collaborative Wellness Plan. As unique as you are! This will be your step-by-step action plan for reaching your goals and achieve mind-body balance.
Every week during our time together, I’ll be there to motivate you through your difficulties, answer all your questions and keep you accountable. I will also adjust your plan as needed.
