Health & Nutrition Coaching

If you are tired of the whole dieting thing, counting points, and restricting the food you love. If you’ve tried every fad diet it and it didn’t work. It is time to do something different and make a permanent change in your life… something that offers RESULTS.  With my holistic health and nutrition coaching approach you’ll receive the materials, resources, and most important, the support and accountability you need. With all of these things at your disposal, you’ll be able to nourish your body with clean, whole foods, discover hacks that make healthy eating a snap, and replace old habits with a new attitude!

60 minutes coaching session

Single Coaching Session

  • 60 minutes coaching session via Zoom to establish health and wellness goals and create a simple yet attainable action plan for you to reach them. 
  • I’ll tech you the main aspects of nourishing and fueling your body while keeping you satisfied, energized and happy. This coaching session includes: Setting weight, calories and macro targets; Sample day and night routines; Diet support, Lifestyle support; Self-care support; Herbal support and Essential Oil support. 
  • 2 weeks suggested meals, shopping list and recipes.

1 Month Package

4 weekly sessions 45 min

  • Customized personal macros coaching plan including daily macro breakdowns tailored to your unique stats, lifestyle and preferences. 
  • 4-pillar Health Plan (Nutrition, Exercise, Mindset, Stress Management). In the first session, we will uncover where you are physically and mentally. Then we will create a plan so you can confidently move forward.
  • Each coaching session will build on the previous one providing tools and techniques to help you navigate your own health path. I will keep your goals energized by making changes to your coaching plan as needed.   
  • Suggested 30-day meal plan based on your personal needs and preferences, including shopping list and nutritious (and delicious) recipes.
  • Formal check-ins and progress tracking once a week. Additionally, you will receive unlimited one-on-one coaching support through a phone application. You can reach out anytime you have questions, need support, or just need extra motivation. I’ll respond in a timely manner.

2 Months Package

8 weekly sessions 45 min

  • Customized personal macros coaching plan including daily macro breakdowns tailored to your unique stats, lifestyle and preferences. 
  • 4-pillar Health Plan (Nutrition, Exercise, Mindset, Stress Management). In the first session, we will uncover where you are physically and mentally. Then we will create a plan so you can confidently move forward.
  • Each coaching session will build on the previous one providing tools and techniques to help you navigate your own health path. I will keep your goals energized by making changes to your coaching plan as needed.   
  • Suggested 30-day meal plan based on your personal needs and preferences, including shopping list and nutritious (and delicious) recipes.

  • This program consists of 4 weekly modules that will lay off the foundation of your healthy lifestyle. Including kiss the sugar good-bye; swap the white stuff; glorious green smoothies; build your own power bowl and much more. 
  • Includes 4 weekly group coaching sessions and a 28-day suggested meal plan with grocery lists and delicious recipes.  

How The Coaching Process Works

After enrolling, you will be directed to my online coaching intake form where you will be asked questions that will help me create your customized coaching plan. I’ll also want to know your dieting background and goals

Within 48 hours you will receive your personalized coaching plan and an invitation to your first coaching session. I’ll explain in detail how to reach your goals successfully and will answer any questions you may have

Every week during our time together, I’ll be there to motivate you through your difficulties, answer all your questions and keep you accountable. I will also evaluate your progress, and make changes to your plan as needed
