- Personalized 4-pillar Health Plan. (Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Stress Management).
- Each coaching session will build on the previous one providing tools and techniques to help you navigate your own health path.
- Suggested meal plan including shopping list and nutritious (and delicious) recipes.
- Seasonal guided cleanse and wellness protocol (winter, spring, summer and/or fall).
- Unlimited coaching support in between sessions through a phone application.
